Do I need to be home for the pickup?
Not always. For curbside/garage pickups you can approve by text and pay online, no need to be onsite.
How does your pricing work?
Upfront, load-based pricing (you pay for the truck space used) plus clear line items for any specialty items. No hidden fees.
Do you offer a curbside discount?
Yes, if items are staged in the garage/driveway or at the curb, you’ll save compared to full in-home removal.

What forms of payment do you take?

Is there a minimum charge?

Yes, donation and recycling come first. We sort on every job to keep usable items in the community and reduce landfill waste. Donation receipts available when provided by partners.
Do you take TVs, appliances, and mattresses?
Yes, some items carry recycling/handling fees due to local regulations. We’ll list them clearly in your quote.
Do you handle construction debris?
Yes, drywall, wood, cabinets, flooring, etc. Heavier loads are priced accordingly due to weight/disposal fees.
Do you remove yard waste?
Yes, brush, branches, leaves, and bagged yard debris. Seasonal limits may apply based on facility hours.
What if access is tricky (stairs, elevators, tight spaces)?
No problem, just let us know ahead of time. We’ll send the right team and equipment and factor it into the quote.
Do you dismantle items (sheds, playsets, hot tubs, swing sets)?
